## Decode Raw Bitgesell Transaction Hex format
Decodes raw Bitgesell transaction in Hex format, with BGLd these transaction is created by
calling the `createrawtransaction` JSON-RPC method:

createrawtransaction [{"txid":"hex","vout":n,"sequence":n},...] [{"address":amount},{"data":"hex"},...] ( locktime replaceable )
```
