# Scooby Forum 

This repository contains the updated design for the **Scooby Forum**, featuring a modern UI/UX overhaul, and preserving the original functionality. The following sections detail the key technologies, features, and enhancements used to upgrade the forum.

## Technologies Used

### 1. **Tailwind CSS** (with Custom Configuration)

   - **Utility-first CSS** framework to rapidly build modern designs with a custom **color palette** and configuration.

   - Custom configurations to extend the color scheme and adjust utility classes as per design requirements.

   - Leverages **DaisyUI** components for prebuilt UI elements (buttons, cards, forms, etc.), ensuring consistency in design and speed of development.

### 2. **JavaScript (ES6+)**

   - **ES6+ features** like **arrow functions**, **template literals**, **destructuring**, **async/await**, and **classes** were used to improve code readability, performance, and maintainability.

   - Enhanced DOM manipulation and event handling using modern techniques for improved interactivity and dynamic content.

### 3. **HTML5 & CSS3**

   - Modern **HTML5** structure and **semantic tags** for better accessibility and SEO.

   - **CSS3 animations** and **transitions** to create smooth, dynamic interactions (e.g., hover effects, fade-in, and slide-up animations).

   - **CSS Grid** and **Flexbox** for flexible, responsive layout designs, ensuring optimal display across various screen sizes.

### 4. **JavaScript DOM Manipulation**

   - DOM elements are dynamically created, modified, and interacted with via **Vanilla JavaScript**.

   - Uses **querySelector** and **addEventListener** to handle user interactions such as button clicks, form submissions, and hover events.

   - The **sticky navbar** and **scroll animations** are handled through JavaScript to ensure smooth behavior across devices.

   - The **navbar** stays fixed at the top of the viewport on scroll, with a subtle shadow effect applied using JavaScript to enhance visibility when scrolling.

   - Implemented **gradient text** using CSS custom properties and Tailwind utilities.

   - JavaScript is used to toggle gradient effects on specific elements when they are in view (scroll-based animations).
