Development Environment : python 3.7, Safemap API

* Install python 3.7, BeautifulSoup, lxml, pandas

1. Please get API Key ==> http://www.safemap.go.kr/dvct/openAPI.do

2. Change the safemap.py's API Key Code

3. Run safemap.py
