Install gcc, libconfig, and gnuplot

On Ubuntb installing the package "libconfig8-dev" works well.

run 'run.sh' to build, run and vizulize the data

Once the program finishes running there will be a file "result.html" in the 

Output folder. Open this to see what happend.
