### Attrition Analysis
- **Gender**: Analyze attrition rates for Male is 17% and for Female is 14.8%
- **Education**: Employees from Human Resources education background influences attrition by 26%
- **Department Profile**: Employees from department of 'Sales' have higher attrition rates.
- **Age**: Employee from age group 25-34 had highest number of attrition.
- **Marital Status**: Employee with marital status as 'Single' had highest number of attrition.### Job Satisfaction Analysis
- **Department Wise**:
- Sales - 2.8/5
- HR - 2.6/5
- R&D - 2.7/5- **Job Role**: Top 3 job roles which contributes for higher attrition are:
- Laboratory Technician
- Sales Executive
- Research Scientist
