# Spike-only SARS-CoV-2 Nextstrain build

This repository contains the code to build a Nextstrain build using only the Spike protein of SARS-CoV-2.

## Usage

```bash

nextstrain build .

```

(At time of writing I still need to add `yq` to the Nextstrain conda environment)
