# PaymentService

## Description
PaymentService is a Spring Boot application that integrates with PayPal for processing payments. It uses PostgreSQL as the database.

## Prerequisites

cd PaymentService

### 2. Start PostgreSQL using Docker

docker-compose up -d

### 4. Build the project
