# hcp_connectomes

Set of scripts for processing HCP data including structural T1w, dwi, and fmri using variety of tools.

- T1w is processed using collection of FSL and AFNI.

- Dwi multishell data is processed using dmriprep.

- Fmri is processed using CPAC.

This will be useful for not just HCP, but also other multishell data such as HBN.
