## Consultant Role for Donor-Funded Graduate Placement Project

### Skills: 

Project Management, Financial Analysis, Data Reporting, Stakeholder Engagement, Program Development, Monitoring and Evaluation, Communication Strategy.

As a Finance Lead and Analyst, I manage financial and activity data related to youth graduate placements and institutional engagements. I develop and oversee financial-related project plans, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and budget constraints. I create detailed financial reports and forecasts to support informed decision-making, engage with stakeholders to build effective partnerships, and design training programs to enhance skills. Additionally, I evaluate project effectiveness, applying analytical skills to measure outcomes and ensure sustainable impact. Critical aspects of the role include financial management, strategic planning, data analysis, stakeholder communication, and program development.
