# StarGenomes
Public _AWS AMI_ designed for [StarCluster](http://star.mit.edu/cluster), complete with a selection of popular genomics packages.
Based on Ubuntu 12.04 and compatible with HVM machines. We'll upgrade it to 14.04 once it's supported.
This repository is used to file bug reports, package requests, and monitor updates.
