# 简易租车管理系统 #

## 使用帮助 ##
**数据安全提示**
所有记录保存在软件目录的 SystemData 下
建议您定期备份此文件夹，以免数据丢失
**客户菜单**
- 新增客户
此选项用于新增客户，输入身份证等信息之后保存即可
在“租出”功能选项中，如果您输入的身份证号从来没有在公司租过
那么系统会自动提示您进行信息录入
- 客户管理
客户管理功能中会列出当前所有注册过的用户以及相关信息
并可以查看对应用户的租车/归还记录
- 统计信息
该功能用于统计 客户数量、租出总计以及未归还总数
**租还菜单**
- 出租
此功能用于新增租出记录，输入客户身份证号后回车即可
如果身份证号在系统中没有记录，将会自动跳转到新增客户功能
系统会自动提示该用户是否还有未归还的记录，您再自行斟酌是否继续租出
确认信息无误后点击“确认租出”按钮
- 归还
此功能用于新增归还记录，输入客户身份证号码后回车即可
系统会列出该用户的所有未归还记录，点击需要归还的记录，填写好相应信息，确认无误后点击“归还此记录按钮”即可
**如何使用快捷键**
请看到菜单栏的菜单
如菜单 “系统(X)” 表示 按下 Alt+X 可以打开此菜单，继续执行“退出(T)”则只需要再次按下 Alt+T 即可
例如执行 客户(K) -> 新增客户(X) 命令
快捷键为： 按下Alt不放开 按顺序按下 K 和 X 后放开即可

# Easy Car Rental Manager #
## Guide ##
**Data safty tips**
All the data are located in the folder called SystemData at the same directory with this application, please keep in mind that backup this folder monthly
**Customer Menu**
- Add new customer
This menu use to add a new customer, type the ID and other information and click Save
In the Rent menu, if the ID you input aren't appear in the database, the application will ask you to fill up the customer's infomation first
- Customers Manage
This menu will shows all the customers that registered in this application and related infomation
also you can view customers' rental records
- Statics
This menu will show you how many customers you have and the rental data
**Rental Menu**
- Rent out
This menu is use for add rent out record, first input the ID and click Enter
The application will tell you whether this customer still have car that did not returned yet
Comfirm the infomation is correct and click OK
- Return
This menu is use for add return record, fisrt input the ID and click Enter
Application will listed all the record that need to return, click the one need to return and check all the infomation and click OK
**How to use shortcuts**
For example: System(X) means that you can just use shortcut Alt+X, then you can open System menu
