Responds to and with lyrics from given songs.
```
Usage:
/start - Starts the current song from the beginning
/next - Display the next lyric for current song
/lyrics - Display full lyrics for current song
/list - List all the songs
/uses - Diplay the number of times this bot replied
Settings:
/reload - Reload all songs from database
/set_songs - Disable and enable certain songs (WIP)
/set_threshold - 0 matches all text, 100 is exact match
/set_timeout - Time in seconds until a song is reset
Help & debug:
/help - Display list of commands
/debug - Display debug information
