# Retina connectome explorer
## About
This is a visualization of 3-D cell reconstruction of data recorded from the inner plexiform layer (IPL) in the mouse retina. Data is from [Helmstaedter et. al.] [1], generated via serial block-face microscopy (SBEM).
Visualization is made with [D3.js] [2].
