BVARverse: Tidy Bayesian Vector Autoregression

Functions for facilitating further usage of outputs from Bayesian vector 

autoregression models estimated with BVAR including tidying up data as well as 

functions for quickly creating basic plots using ggplot2 which can be further

costumized.
