# Teamwork SIG
## Sessions
### Every 4 weeks on Thursday (currently these are weeks 2, 6, 10...) between 14:00 and 15:00 on Teams.
The topic of the session is mailed around on the Monday before the session.

# SIG mission
* Learn and discuss methods that support teamwork within the escience center.
* Topics include:
- methods to organize teams and their work so that they can be happy and efficient
- best practices for processes within the center that promote teamwork
- teamwork related soft skills
* The SIG acts as a platform for the exchange of experiences between the different teams at the center.
