How to build:

- check out the code to the plugins subdir of your source tree

- cd ../build & cmake .. & build as normally

The Mac port of wxCTB was taken from http://wxmax.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/wx.mod/wxctb.mod/ and is totally untested (I really don't have access to a Mac machine)
