# About

**Theia: Greek goddess of sight and vision**

Theia is an application to help with the 20-20-20 rule for eyesight. Every 20 minutes the app will cover the screen and notify you to look away for 20 seconds.



  



# Installation

**It is recommended you make the application startup automatically when you turn on your computer**

- You can do this by visiting your settings > serach "startup"

## Windows

- Visit [Releases](https://github.com/Nota30/theia/releases) and install the latest version.

## Linux

- Requires `notify-send` to work.

- Then visit [Releases](https://github.com/Nota30/theia/releases) and install the latest version.

## Mac

- Currently not supported.
