** GENERAL:

   WhosOn (PHP) is the server side component of the WhosOn project, a solution

   for centralized logon accounting. The whoson-php is functional equivalent to

   whoson-asp, but intended to be runned on Linux/UNIX hosts (under i.e. Apache).
