# ADKinetix

An [EPICS](http://www.aps.anl.gov/epics)

[areaDetector](https://github.com/areaDetector/areaDetector/blob/master/README.md)

driver for communicating with Teledyne Photometrics cameras that use the PvCam SDK, with special focus put on the high speed [Kinetix](https://www.photometrics.com/products/kinetix-family/kinetix) product line.

It supports 64 bit Linux and Windows, and supports the PCIE and USB operating modes. ADKinetix has been extensively tested on RHEL 8.
