Modelfit

Perl wrappers for Modeltest/MrModeltest

Description:

Perl scripts to run Modeltest (D. Posada), or MrModeltest2 (Posada, Nylander)

Requires the software PAUP\* () to be installed.

Run:

    ./mrmodelfit.pl data.nex

Files:

- `modelfit.pl` -- script for running Modeltest

- `mrmodelfit.pl` -- script for running MrModeltest

- `modelblock` -- command block needed for PAUP*/Modeltest

- `MrModelblock` -- command block needed for PAUP*/MrModeltest

- `data.nex` -- test data
