# Commission Plugin

Adds functionality for editors to commission articles.

## Installation

1. Clone this repository into your plugins folder (/path/to/janeway/src/plugins/)

2. From the root of your Janeway install (/path/to/janeway/) run `python3 src/manage.py install_plugins`

3. Open a journal, navigate to the manager and use the Commission link in the back-end navigation manu
