## About ASFALIS (SADLY WE NEVER COMPLETED, BUT IT WAS FUN -:)

## USE CASES/PURPOSE
* Connects users in emergency situations with registered In Case Of Emergency (I.C.E) contacts how?
* By Sending them an SMS immediately a user dials ASFALIS USSD code or click the panic button on the WeSafe Mobile Application Dashboard
* We also notify various neccesary emergency agencies of the current user emergency situation via SMS and socialmedia (Twiter to be specific)
* Users can report any issue or observed events that might lead to emergency situations, this in turn would be sent to LASEMA.
* User can share emergency tips with other users
* User can read emergency tips of others
* User can read emergency news## Contributing
