Problem: During a job search, an applicant deals with many recruiters both in-house and independent. Many times multiple recruiters will contact the applicant for the same position or a different position in the same company, and if not careful, results in duplicate submission and the applicant candidacy is no longer considered, not by fault of the applicant but by fault of the recruiter. Solution: The collaborator, provides a central applicant portal, under control by the applicant, for the recruiter verify, represent, notify and schedule interviews with the applicant.
