# esp8266-standup-reminder

A simple hardware device to remind you to standup after one hour, typically when you’re sitting all day at your office.

It is made of a LED, blinking once per minute. 

After one hour, it stays lit to remind you to standup and move a little bit.

You can then press the button to begin new cycle.

After some times after beeing lit, the LED will stop and the device will sleep.

You can press the button to start it again.
