= Payara Platform Documentation Repository

Official technical documentation repository of the Payara Platform. All documentation material is written in Asciidoc format.

This documentation repository is structured in conformance to https://docs.antora.org/antora/3.1/[Antora version 3.1 format].

This repository is used to generate all the HTML pages that are published for the following sites:

* link:https://docs.payara.fish/community/[Payara Community Edition Documentation]

* link:https://docs.payara.fish/enterprise/[Payara Enterprise Edition Documentation]

These sites are generated using the configuration in the link:https://github.com/payara/Payara-Documentation-Config[Payara Documentation's Antora Configuration Repository].

The general layout of this repository is a composition of the following Antora-style components:

`docs`:: Base component that contains the documentation of feature sets that apply to all editions of the Payara Platform.

`community`:: Specialized component that contains documentation content for Community Edition specifics

`enterprise`:: Specialized component that contains documentation content for Enterprise Edition specifics
