# SSC-Semigroups

Examples for the course on numerical semigroups at the [Scuola superiore di Catania](http://www.scuolasuperiorecatania.it)

In this folder there are some examples of the use of [gap](http://www.gap-system.org) for the contents of the course. Also, some exercises are proposed.

We will follow mainly this [book](http://www.springer.com/us/book/9781441901590) on numerical semigroups and this [other](http://www.springer.com/us/book/9781441901590) with some applications.
