## About me

I'm a backend focused software generalist with a broad range of skills. I can work with different technologies and learn fast. I have experience working with high quality standards and agile teams. I like setting up processes and helping teams work better and be more productive. I highly value a healthy and happy work environment.

My current job is as a software engineer at [Exasol](https://www.exasol.com/). My team works on the development of a [SaaS platform](https://cloud.exasol.com/) to allow Exasol clients to create and manage their Exasol databases on-demand. I work closely with frontend engineers to develop the APIs and integrate the features in a concise way for customers. I helped the team implement software engineering best practices both at a process level, like writing Architecture decision records (ADRs), and at the code level to adhere to Golang standards.
