## Installation
Add this line to your application's Gemfile:
gem 'ikachan'
And then execute:
$ bundle
Or install it yourself as:
$ gem install ikachan
## Usage
```ruby
Ikachan.url = "http://irc.example.com:4649"
Ikachan.channel = "#example"
Ikachan.notice 'awesome comment'
