# Covid-19 / Kepler.gl

Kepler.gl is an open source geographic visualization tool built on vis.gl

It is especially useful for rendering hundreds of thousands of points on a browser window efficiently.

As covid-19 spreads and the data we have captured on it is getting more granular, it is starting to make sense to leverage this tool to visualize it.
