[Microsoft ended its efforts to bring PHP to Windows/IIS](https://news-web.php.net/php.internals/110907), so this project is in full maintenance mode. PHP 7.x will be supported, but no plan to fully support PHP 8.0 and above. Pull requests are welcome.
