Voluntarily add informative warning labels to social media websites.

## Why?
There is a significant [association between social media use and depression](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9103874/). Recently the surgeon general of the United States [called on congress to require warning labels](https://apnews.com/article/surgeon-general-social-media-mental-health-df321c791493863001754401676f165c). While warning labels are not a sure-fire way to curb use, they can be effective provided that:
* The warning must provide new information to users, and
* The user must find the information credible## Installation
* Chrome: clone this repository, go to `chrome://extensions/` and click **Load Unpacked**, then select the `chrome` folder.
## Add more sites
By default a handful of sites will display the warning labels. You can add more by right-clicking the extension and selecting **Options**.
Also consider opening a pull request to add more default sites.
## TODO
- [ ] Add more sources and labels to `content.js`
## Contributing
We welcome contributions! Here's some ideas for a pull request:
* Firefox extension
* More informative warning messages and sources
* Display a timer showing total time spent on a particular site## License
