#### **Fintech – Market Data & Online Brokerage Platform**  

Worked on a .NET MAUI desktop app for real-time trading analytics.  

Maintained and modernized **WPF components**, built a **Wix v6 installer** and updater for deployment automation.  

Worked on **Blazor Server/WASM** dashboards for market data visualization.  

**Kafka** and **PostgreSQL** for real-time data streaming and persistence.

#### **English Global Express (EdTech)** | Project Description  

Developed a RESTful backend API for managing online English lessons, students, teachers, and homework submissions. Implemented JWT authentication with ASP.NET Core Identity and integrated file handling for homework uploads. Designed a clean architecture with clear separation of DTOs, Entities, and Controllers for scalability and maintainability.

#### **1. B2B Platform for Distributor Orders – KStore** | [Project Description](projects/b2b-krivoozerska/summary_en.md)

A web platform developed to automate the processing of distributor orders. Before its implementation, orders were received via email as separate files, requiring manual entry into the ERP system. Order processing time was reduced from 8 hours per week to 10 minutes per day — saving over 300 hours annually.

An inventory management system for retail equipment that replaced the use of Excel spreadsheets and provided automated control over the placement of refrigerators and shelves.  

Inventory became transparent — each device has a QR code, a photo, and is displayed on the map.

A platform for ordering bakery products that optimized the customer order processing workflow. Up to 10% of clients switched to self-service through the platform, reducing the load on the call center.

WPF application for automating pallet labeling in mineral water production that replaced manual filling of paper labels/tags.  

Eliminated manual filling of over 100 labels daily — reducing errors and losses during transportation.

- **Dynamic content management**, built on **ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework Core**.  

- **Automated email notifications** via **Microsoft Graph API** for inquiries and partner communication.  

- **Product catalog and company pages** with structured navigation.  

- **Responsive design**, ensuring smooth performance on any device.  

- **MSSQL database**, storing product information, news, and partner requests.  

- **Feedback form** with quick call and email options.

### 🧩 Non-Technical Experience



Before fully transitioning into .NET development, I worked at the company **LLC "Kryvoozerska HSF"**, which includes mineral water production, a bakery, distribution, and its own retail chain.



- **System Administrator**: setup of local networks, POS equipment, software integration, office hardware support.

- **Internship in all areas of the business**: production, distribution, logistics, retail — to gain a complete understanding of the company's structure.

- **Assistant to the Commercial Director**: sales analytics, participation in the development of motivation systems, interaction with regional managers.

- **Marketing and PR**: development of the brand's TikTok and Instagram, video production, organization of promo activities.

- **Integration of external services**: setup and launch of **Spot2D** and **Spot2R** systems by **PraData** — for monitoring product presence in retail locations and tracking field activities.

- **Initiator of .NET solutions**: development of internal tools to optimize business processes.



This experience shaped a deep understanding of business processes from the inside, allowing me to build more effective .NET solutions.
