# 🚀 TL;DR - How to Run Locally - A Single Container
## Pre-check
Free up these ports on your system: 2181 (Zookeeper), 9092 (Kafka), 8000 (Backend), 5173 (Frontend)
Make sure Docker is installed
## RUN
1. Run the setup script, and paste an openai key.
`./environment_setup.sh`
2. Start the whole stack
`docker-compose up --build`
- Wait for backend to finish booting (localhost:8000)
- Open http://localhost:5173 to start!
## TEST
Speech this passage (or put it into Google Translate and play the audio):
