LookDown is a simple Markdown preview App for OS X. It monitors the opened files for any change and refreshes the preview. LookDown also includes QuickLook support and thumbnail generation.

I use [Vim](http://www.vim.org) or [MacVim](https://code.google.com/p/macvim/) for Markdown editing, and wanted to have a simple previewer.
