Home-made scripts for installing, launching, configuring, ...etc various stuff

- `install-openstreetmap-tile-server.sh` : Script to install the __OpenStreet Map__ tile server to render any map on a local server (__offline__).

- `kafka-start-consumer.sh` : For launchig __ZooKeeper__ and __Kafka__ servers, and to start a __consumer__ from a given __topic__.
