## Adding buckets

If GitHub fails to discover a bucket via its search API

 function, the bucket's URL can be manually added to [include.txt](https://github.com/rasa/scoop-directory/blob/HEAD/include.txt).

## Excluding buckets 

A few buckets are excluded as they duplicate other buckets. The list of excluded buckets was [here](https://github.com/rasa/scoop-directory/blob/77b7b5713c8bdb9fb3c55aaee0f73ba00750f63f/maintenance/github-crawler.py#L44) but was migrated to [exclude.txt](https://github.com/rasa/scoop-directory/blob/HEAD/exclude.txt).
