# RChain Rgov

This project aims to create an environment to support governance capabilities on RChain designed to support a [collective intelligence](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1qFK10rFcCiBO72aeSFIfII0e1TeIXDKgZqwVlP-wREk/edit#slide=id.p) ([video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mmkae9E93tk&t=6422s)) of members, support other applications forked from this repo, and specifically the development of governance related ideaton awards.

[We](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UfoBMB_OFm-pkjid0u9d0GddB2bWXjc8u-bo4Es0isU/edit#) internd to support liquid democracy with a [trust metric](https://github.com/rchain/bounties/wiki/Trust-Ratings) ([video](https://youtu.be/Mmkae9E93tk?t=9055)) and multistakeholder decision process. Liquid democracy enables bottom up trust while the [trust metric](https://github.com/rchain/bounties/wiki/Trust-Ratings) ([video](https://youtu.be/Mmkae9E93tk?t=9055)) balances that with trust delegated from the leaders down to help guide the community in a coherent direction.
