```### API
##### `saslprep(input: String, opts: Options): String`
Normalize user name or password.
##### `Options.allowUnassigned: bool`
A special behavior for unassigned code points, see https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4013#section-2.5. Disabled by default.
