# Slack Summoner

Slack webhook for summoning users to chat. Can call someone and SMS them.  

Contact list is stored in a database, voice app functionality uses Twilio.  

Built with Go, PostgreSQL, Heroku.

This is designed to be run in Heroku but it's not required. You must set some environment variables.
