# RingCentral Integration for HubSpot
Make/sync phone calls, send SMS and schedule meetings with RingCentral in HubSpot.
## Use

- Visit [https://ringcentral.github.io/apps/hubspot](https://ringcentral.github.io/apps/hubspot) and install, then when click call button in Hubspot, you could choose call with RingCentral, check the video for detail.
- After installation, user would be able to choose RingCentral as call provider.
- After installation, Every user who want to use RingCentral as conference integration still need to authorize, click the **Enable RingCentral as HubSpot conference/SMS integration** button to get authorize url and share with your team members.
- To use RingCentral as SMS integration, every single user who is contact owner(SMS will be sent by owner's RingCentral account) need to authorize, click the **Enable RingCentral as HubSpot conference/SMS integration** button to get authorize url and share with your team members.
## Important & Trouble shooting
- **Not available to free HubSpot users.**
- **Only HubSpot super admin user can install.**
- **Team member's HubSpot id must be the same as Team member's RingCentral account email, which can be edit in service.ringcentral.com.**
- **For Safari 13+ user, must disable `Prevent cross-site tracking` in `Prefrence->Privacy`**
## Features
Calls can be made using RingCentral from directly in HubSpot. After each call, the call will be automatically synced to the HubSpot call log for tracking. It also works as conference integration for HubSpot when enabled in [install page](https://ringcentral.github.io/apps/hubspot).
