Verify-PubSub-CLI

## Description
This is a CLI for the verify-pubsub repo.
The verify-pubsub repo aims to verify whether you encounter loss off messges in a pub sub setup.
It checks that all published messages are received by the subscribers

## CLI Usage

```
verify-pubsub publish --dbtype redis --interval 10 --host localhost --port 6379 --password somePassword --key fooBar --progress 1
```

```
verify-pubsub subscribe --dbtype redis --host localhost --port 6379 --password somePassword --key fooBar --progress 1
```

Optional note:
The publisher starts publishing immetiadely. If you don't want to miss any message you might want to
setup the subscribers first.
