"registerList" - boolean - If the instance should be listed in the server list

"name" - string - The name of the server (only one name can be registered in the server list

"ip" - string - an ip:port that is accessable

"token" - string - SHOULD NOT BE SET MANUALLY - a token for communicating with registeration server
