# Computer Science Certification Requirements

Welcome to RootKit's Computer Science Certification Requirements! This framework displays

everything you need to know in order to obtain our Computer Science certificate! The

certificate is obtained after taking our Cerification Exam! Acquiring our

Computer Science certificate is designed to be a **_COMPLETE_** alternative to receiving Computer Science

degree!

### Exam Prerequisites

* Two [tier one language](https://rootkit.education/certifications/) certificates from RootKit **OR** equivalent knowledge in two programming languages of your choice.

* An internet connection.

* A Desktop/Laptop or equivalent device.

* An understanding of everything in the General Cyber requirements sheet.



### Open Source Education

We are a non-profit with a goal of making the computer science realm

accessible to as many people as possible. This is not a joke! If you learn

everything here, and get the CompSci Certificate you **DO NOT** have to go to

college!
