Amazon India buyer support team is doing real good job. Seller support team is not that great. Major issue with this team is that it is not ready to escalate issues to technical team, but focusing on to 'close' them. Few years ago, someone created similar issue tracker for Google and that was received well by Google. Hoping the same with Amazon too :-)
