# speciomx

An R package for the analysis of a deterministic approximation of the [speciome](https://github.com/rscherrer/speciome) model using adaptive dynamics. Does things like making pairwise invasibility plots, simulating deterministic trait evolution through time or assessing the nature of evolutionary singular strategies (equilibrium strategies).
