# LaBLR - Lourdes and Bertha's Little Repository
**LaBLR** is a light weight personal repository
for managing digital objects such as photos of
family and friends. It is named and created for
Lourdes and Bertha to manage their treasure trove of
family photos, island history and custom.## Planned Features
+ Metadata manager GUI
+ Ingest documents (e.g. images) from local disc or URL
+ For digital images automatic metadata extraction when possible
+ [Schema.org](https://schema.org/docs/schemas.html) Data Models
+ Indexing and Search
+ Built-in web server with IIIF viewer for sharing
+ Open data formats and standards for archival preservation
+ Run on Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, and Raspberry Pi
