This document describes version 0.03 of Dist::Zilla::Plugin::ConsistentVersionTest - released April 01, 2017 as part of Dist-Zilla-Plugin-ConsistentVersionTest.

This is an extension of [Dist::Zilla::Plugin::InlineFiles](https://metacpan.org/pod/Dist::Zilla::Plugin::InlineFiles), providing the

## register\_prereqs
Registers a 'develop' phase requirement for [Test::ConsistentVersion](https://metacpan.org/pod/Test::ConsistentVersion) with the
[Dist::Zilla](https://metacpan.org/pod/Dist::Zilla) object.
