Fedora-App-ReviewTool

ReviewTool is a small, Fedora-specific tool aimed at simplifying the package
submission and review process. It handles all the routine bits of posting
packages to fedorapeople.org space, kicking off koji scratch builds, handling
bugzilla (bug creation, update, etc) that every package review goes through.
