# discord-message-ticker
display a message on a discord server via a bot nickname.
## download
visit the [release](https://github.com/rssnyder/discord-message-ticker/releases) page and download the latest version for your os.
## extract
```
tar -zxf tar zxf discord-message-ticker-v1.0.0-linux-amd64.tar.gz
```
```
unzip discord-message-ticker-v1.0.0-linux-amd64.zip
```
## run
```
Usage of ./discord-message-ticker:
-f int
Frequency of updates, in seconds (default 1)
-h string
Nickname header
-m string
Bot message
-t string
Bot token
```
