# Citizen Sleep Science

Sleep based Citizen Science Workflows, for generating and sharing interesting sleep health data.

## Workflow 1: Python Plot of Google Take Out Data

If you are using any of the following sensors:

### sensors:

Google Nest Hub, Withings mattress, google watch, withings body + scales.

..and if you are synching these sensors with Google Fit, or Google Health Connect, after recording the data for some time, you can download the data from Google as zip files. You can then analyze this data yourself using a Programming language like Python, or in principal you should be able to anonymise the data and then donate it, to a sleep health project.

## Workflow 2: Metriport (Android app only)

1 In the Google Play store, download the app called "Metriport"

2 Open Metriport for the first time.

Compare weight to sleep duration

Compare exercise duration against sleep duration
